See where each machine fits.
A finished frame is the result of connected operations. Start with the part you make, then work backward to the equipment and tooling.
01Cut
Set the length and angle.
Profiles are measured, supported and cut into the frame members. Section size, finished length and cutting angle define the saw setup.
02Machine
Create the working features.
Drainage paths, hardware holes, slots and contours are machined before assembly. The drawing determines the axes, tooling and access required.
03Join
Build accurate corners.
Prepared profile ends meet the correct connectors and corner tooling. Samples help confirm fit, alignment and the finished joint.
04Assemble
Inspect the finished frame.
Hardware and glazing steps follow the window system. Final checks cover squareness, diagonals, corner alignment and opening movement.
Illustrative workflow images. Actual machine layout, guarding and production sequence depend on the selected equipment and your profile system.
MACHINE SELECTION, WITH CONTEXT
Your profile defines
the specification.
A machine name is only the starting point. Material, section size, machining faces and output determine the configuration you need.
