Suitable for CNC intelligent optimized section milling of broken bridge aluminum doors and windows, various light industrial aluminum profiles, 5-axis CNC system control, easy programming, high compatibility, more efficient and more reliable.


Product overview


 - Suitable for sawing and milling the tenons and step surfaces of the muntin profiles in aluminum doors and windows.

 - Install two sawing and milling motors, one for horizontal milling and the other for vertical longitudinal cutting, taking into account the end milling operations of various cross-section mid-rise profiles and reinforced mid-sills, making it more versatile.

 - The angle of the vertical slitting saw blade is adjustable, allowing for a wider range of use.

 - Two milling motors are controlled by five-axis CNC servo. No manual adjustment is required. Processing can be completed quickly and conveniently by selecting a preset program, and profiles of different cross-sections can be continuously processed.

 - Adopt precision rack and pinion feeding, which is more stable.
